This English version is provided for convenience; if there is any inconsistency, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
Welcome to “Cat Party” (catparty.club, the “Game”). The Game is a multiplayer social web game that is free to play, with some paid content. Please read these Terms before using the Game; by starting to use it, you agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of the Game.
2. Accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with a Google account to link your account. Purchasing Cans, gear and some features requires a linked account.
Please keep your account secure. If you discover that someone else is using your account, please email us as soon as possible.
Do not create multiple accounts to farm rewards.
3. Cans (罐罐), the in-game virtual currency
Cans are the Game’s virtual currency and can only be used within the Game. They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, or transferred to other accounts.
Cans can be purchased, or obtained for free (daily entry, the login calendar, events, and so on). Cans do not expire.
Online top-up is not yet available (our payment provider application is under review). Once it opens, the rate will be NT$1 (TWD) = 10 Cans (with bonus Cans on larger packs); see Store Information for top-up packs. Every in-game price is shown on screen before you pay.
If we change the price of Cans or how they can be obtained, we will announce it in advance as described in “Changes to these Terms and the Service” below; Cans you have already purchased are not affected.
4. Cancellation, termination and refunds
Cancel within 7 days: Within 7 days after you start the game, you may cancel the contract by notifying us in writing or by email, without giving any reason or paying any fee; paid Cans that you have not yet used will be refunded in full.
Terminate at any time: You may notify us at any time that you wish to terminate the contract. Within 30 days after receiving your notice, we will refund your unused paid Cans, less necessary costs (for example, bank transfer fees actually incurred, which we will tell you about first), via the original payment method, bank transfer, or another method agreed by both parties.
Always refunded: Duplicate charges, payments that succeeded but were not credited, and charges caused by system errors are fully refunded or the Cans are reissued.
Cans obtained for free and Cans already used are not refundable; unused paid Cans are calculated based on your purchase records.
How to apply: Email catparty.support@gmail.com from the email address of your linked Google account, including your in-game name and the time and amount of payment. We will reply within 3 business days and, once confirmed, refund you within 30 days.
5. Code of conduct
Be friendly to other players. Insults, harassment, sexual content, hate speech and scams are prohibited.
Using cheats, modifying the program, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage is prohibited.
Using multiple accounts (alts) to farm leaderboards, championships or event rewards is prohibited.
Buying, selling or trading accounts or Cans is prohibited.
6. Enforcement and account suspension
If you violate the code of conduct, depending on the severity we may: give a warning, mute you, remove you from a room, temporarily suspend your account (for up to 30 days), or, for serious violations (such as cheating, scams, or using someone else’s account), terminate your account.
If it is confirmed that alts were used to farm leaderboards, championships or event rewards, the related titles and rewards will be revoked.
If an account appears to be compromised or shows unusual activity, we may suspend it first and contact the account owner to help verify.
Any suspension period will be shown in the Game. If you have questions about a decision, you can appeal by emailing catparty.support@gmail.com; we will review it again and reply.
If an account is terminated, unused paid Cans are handled under Section 4.
7. Copyright and intellectual property
The program, artwork (3D models, textures, character and costume designs), interface, music and sound effects, text and names of “Cat Party” are owned by us or used by us under license, and are protected by the Copyright Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and related laws. We only license you to play the Game personally and non-commercially on catparty.club.
Without our prior written consent, the following are prohibited:
Copying, reposting, distributing or selling all or part of the Game.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling or modifying the Game’s program.
Running a private server, or offering the Game to others on another URL or app.
Extracting, downloading, hotlinking or otherwise reusing the Game’s models, textures, music or other assets.
If you violate the above, we will block the related accounts and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.
8. Changes to these Terms and the Service
The Game is still under active development and its content will be updated. When we change these Terms, we will announce it on the website 30 days before the change takes effect (and in the Game where possible), and notify you at the email address of your linked account. You may tell us that you do not agree within 15 days after receiving the notice; if you do not agree, you may terminate the contract and request a refund under Section 4.
For brief downtime caused by routine maintenance or updates, we will try to announce it in the Game in advance. In case of urgent security issues or system failures, we may not be able to give advance notice.
If we decide to stop operating the Game, we will announce it on the website and in the Game at least 30 days before it stops, and refund unused paid Cans under Section 4.
9. Service quality
We do our best to keep the service stable, but online services may be interrupted due to maintenance, network conditions or force majeure. If you lose Cans or paid items because of a system problem attributable to us, we will restore or refund them.
10. Minors
The Game is suitable for users aged 15 and over; users under 15 may not use it. When you first enter the Game, you will be asked to select your date of birth to confirm your age (see the Privacy Policy for how this data is handled).
Users aged 15 or older but under 18 may use the Game only after their legal guardian has read, understood and agreed to these Terms; the same applies when these Terms change.
Users under 18 must also obtain their legal guardian’s consent before topping up or purchasing Cans; each top-up requires checking “I have obtained my legal guardian’s consent” before it can proceed.
Please watch your play time and avoid excessive play; do not imitate the Game’s virtual scenarios. The Game may not be used for gambling or other illegal activities.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
